My tinfoil hat on space boi is that United States government is going to try to create a POW bitcoin protocol they approve. They’ll give those who use it perks … miners, merchants, etc. while making it very hard for the true Bitcoin. They’ll make it hard for other nations to operate without the USA POW shitcoin to operate.
That’s really why he comes out as a POW maximalist…if the Uss government can hard fork Bitcoin and convince there to be mass adoption of USA gov shitcoin then they maintain their dominance. Can you imagine how many Trump boomers would buy the shit out of USA shitcoin.
