2025-03-30 23:46:59So I can think of like a handful of pasta sauces, like a bolognese or a Puttanesca or something like that that doesn't inherently have cheese in it, but you always add cheese on top as like a light dusting. I've also done sauces where you do like a brown butter sauce or something like that, but generally that's for something like ravioli or something else and you still put cheese on top of it.
