Everyone can have some sort of cheap broadband even in the sticks. To give you an idea, I wasn't sure what my phone's data limit was, so I went to the website to check and tell you, and they're telling me I can upgrade my plan from 200 GB a month to 250 a month. The same €9.99. No contract, free calls (even international), free sms, free roaming all across Europe... The competition is darn steep around here.
