I used to get bad break outs with my periods and that did help it, see also atrocious PMT, and when I was seeing the German woman for the pain and what have you when became unwell it also did make a massive difference to the PMT, as a by product of the treatment if you want to call it that. But I was lucky that could afford the treatment, many can't. Same re private dentist at the moment, and the Highland Dental plan insurance thing, it's all very well people saying oh it doesn't cost that much but it does if you haven't got it.
