What are your goals? Are you wanting to build mass, strength, athleticism? That'll affect who to go to. But also be wary of people you pay to just make a routine for you. They're likely selling you a plan they sell everyone else. Their methods may not work for you, especially if they don't meet with you regularly to check your progress
