Yes, I understand your view, but while you only focus on a minority potential outcome without acknowledging that everything in your life is based on consensus collectivism then we have discord.
Try communicating with me without the collective efforts of the computer you are using, or the public Internet used to convey our musings.
All the time living in your home built by a consensus, by a collective group of builders who traveled there by roads built by another group of construction workers who achieved consensus.
None of those collectives had negative outcomes.
