Hieromartyr Evangelicus of Tomis, a 4th-century bishop, courageously confronted Arian heretics, staunchly defending the Nicene Creed. He was imprisoned and subjected to torture for his unwavering faith. Ultimately, he was martyred for Christ, his sacrifice solidifying his place among the saints.
