So, I've been asking around about this #shame thing (even made an IATA thread). I really want to get to the bottom of it. I can't find anyone who thinks I did anything wrong or even a reason why I should feel this way. I'm starting to think it's similar to an irrational fear, which is why I've explicitly started telling people about it (because the shame wants me to hide it). It's interesting though, I don't think I've ever had this before.#psychology #selfdevelopment #personaldevelopment
