To make this dish vegan substitute any seed oil for bacon and skip the first four steps.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of whole green beans
- 2 slices of farm range bacon
- Onion Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne Powder
- Black Pepper
- Italian Seasoning
Directions
- Wash and Dry Green Beans
- Clip the ends and remove excess stems
- Cut bacon into quarters (8 pieces)
- Add bacon to skillet and fry over medium heat until edges have browned.
- Lower the heat and add in green beans
- Coat beans with spices and stir with a silicon spatula. Make sure beans are evenly coated in oil.
- Turn heat to medium-low, stirring after 2-3 mins for about 10 mins.
- Bring heat to lowest temperature. Cover and lit sit for 5 mins.
- Stir again, turn off heat, and let sit under covering for 5 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
