That's a really helpful framework to look at truth man. Thank you for taking the time to write it out.
I've grappled with this dilemma but didn't consider it from this perspective. My pragmatic mind decided that the word truth has little meaning or use. That the real Truth can't be expressed with words & that what people call truth is often just consensus truth.
We are limited in our ability to understand truth by our senses & our beliefs. If we believe that humans can't fly, then seeing a plane flying in the sky is interpreted differently. When I got glasses for my short sightedness as a young adult, I remember seeing the expanded detail all around me. I was amazed that this was normal for people to see so much detail. Until I upgraded my visual sensors (ie got glasses) I didn't know what was possible.
