just consider the fact that a standard compression algorithm applied to a repository of C code has a greater compression ratio than the same code (keep it simple, let's say it's a transcendental math library) versus the C version, has so much better compression
yes! because the C version has so much more repetition that is easily compressed!
this is what most other language developers think of C
why do i have to repeat all the definitions of my functions on up to 3 separate other source files?
