every event in nostr is similar, since they have to follow the same format template (content, signature, id, tags, etc). This does not mean they are used for the same thing.
A deletion event has the same amount of similarity to a kind 1 event as a kind 20 event has. Same goes for kind 0, kind 3, and every other event. It does not mean that they are the same, nor they should be treated the same by clients.
Similarities in form do not mean similarities in use or function.
