Is he aware that the very same people he claims this attacks were the ones that voted for this? That doesn't sound like an attack, then, does it? ...And let's not conflate illegal aliens with genuine migrants who came here legally or sought asylum (sometimes from the same people that are illegally crossing over the borders).
He either has self-interest in this, or hasn't put aside his ego to listen to the people who needed this to happen.
