Most of their griping is about getting paid or getting discovered, and so I don't think any existing apps will help them with discovery, so to speak, but it could help them with getting more revenue for their music. One dedicated fan who's willing to pay ten bucks in Bitcoin for an album is going to be more revenue than they'll see from Spotify and Bandcamp, even on Bandcamp Fridays.
