Dry fasting is when you don't consume anything at all. It forces the body into more stress, because now it will need to create not only the energy required, but also the water. It does both by using fat storages. And it will lead to even more fat loss.
I'll start with 3 days of nothingness, and then will start drinking water with electrolytes. In the last 3 days of the fast I will stop consuming water again.
This should be harsh on my mental condition. I will use my understanding of the body, psychology, and communication to convince myself to do what I've planned.
