Country seems to have some influence too. I think I had to get 9 contacts across Russia before I got my first QSO there confirmed on QRZ. Meanwhile my Asiatic Russia and European Russian contacts had both been confirmed almost first try on LotW... So yeah it varies. I think for POTA contacts on QRZ I run close to 70%, for example.
