Make no mistake, you don't feel good because you're not living the way you know deep down you should.
You're not spending enough time outdoors and in nature, you're eating junk food, you're not moving enough, you're working a job you don't like, and you're in unhealthy relationships.
There are solutions, but they're not pleasant, quick, or easy, and they require determination and courage.
