When you make a decision and act, your evaluation of the situation, possible choices, and actions come from your experience. This is why, when you're just starting and have no experience, you can't accurately assess which actions will be effective.
So you begin with small steps and act without overthinking or stressing — small actions are relatively safe.
The more you act, the more experience you gain, which improves your ability to analyze and evaluate. As your experience grows, you can take bigger actions and handle greater consequences.
Do you notice the pattern in this logic? Overthinking isn't part of an effective strategy.
Small action → experience → better analysis and evaluation → bigger actions → more experience → better understanding → major actions.
It’s like lifting weights at the gym — you start with light weights, and as you adapt, you lift heavier ones. Thinking about heavy weights won’t help you lift them.
Decide and start acting!
