For all with total RAM of human-like golden fish and eating their own sh%t: to keep high genetic and intellectual variability of people. This is a key point of humanism. With low variance of people humanity will degenerate and collapse to Amish-like micro-societies and malfunctioning humanoid farms at best. At worst it will go extinct like dinosaurs. This is the key theme of post-cyberpunk 2040s lore, and it can be proven mathematically/algorithmically.
