I think the Global arena begins and ends with the U.S. Our economy dwarfs all the others. So if Russia is pushing China to make a real deal, there will still be a base tariff, as there is with the U.K. The External Revenue Service is coming & the IRS & FED will be gone. The free market could very well gobble up the Command Control economy of Communist China, and along the way, taxation of the American citizens could very well cease to exist. Amazing times..
