The nature of Evil versus Christ
There's been a persistent misunderstanding of what is opposing Christ. There are two such poles: the extremely materialistic entity and the extremely spiritual entity. The best description so far has been presented by Rudolf Steiner: Ahriman and Lucifer.
Ahriman will incarnate as the antichrist thanks to the progress of the transhumanism. He wants to eliminate the divine nature of man. Artificial intelligence will pave the road for his coming. Anything altering the natural way of life fits in this category. Freemasons and others unknowingly worship him as the creator of the universe. Very few are aware of this trickery.
Lucifer has been cast down from Heaven because he wanted to be God. He is extremely intelligent and has been inspiring people to invent things ever since. It's like giving guns to children. He is also patron of the arts. He wants people to bypass the physical life and join his army without the proof-of-work in the here and now. New age people and many secret societies think man is God (God with capital G instead of god with lowercase g).
Christ has united with Earth after the events of Golgotha. The "I" in man is the Christ within. There is no shortcut for the central pillar or the middle way. Hard work, patience and doing the right thing in all instances are part of the way.
Christ can be known to man by three methods:
1. Scriptures and ancient texts
2. Direct experience (from within)
3. Initiation
Man has the freewill to choose one of the three ways, hence the trilemma. Ahriman promises you material wealth, Lucifer promises you knowledge. Christ is patiently waiting for the righteous.
