I use a meal plan service, so the recipes aren't mine to share (she's a small business or I'd just throw it up here) 🥺, but we have done coq au vin, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and meatloaf meatballs to name a few. Basically just use a ground protein and mix in some seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg then make your sauce and pour it over. Sort of like a deconstructed version of the meal would be.
