## Chef's notes This is a delicious, quick and easy meal you can do on the weeknights. Serve with mash potatoes. ## Details - ⏲️ Prep time: 10 minutes - 🍳 Cook time: 1 hour 10 minutes - 🍽️ Servings: 4 ## Ingredients - 4 lamb shanks - 28 oz. Can of whole San Marzano tomatoes - 2 table spoons of garlic powder - 1/3 bottle of dry white wine(cheap stuff is fine) - 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp pepper - 1 bag of frozen carrots ## Directions 1. Place carrots in the Instant pot to rest the meat on. 2. add the 4 lamb shakes on top of carrots 3. pour tomato can into instant pot. 4. sprinkle garlic powder into Instant Pot. 5. drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 6. add enought white wine to cover about a third of the meat. 7. add salt and pepper. 8. cook in instant pot for 1 hour. 9. slow release 10 minutes
