2024-11-20 15:16:42**Nostr-PHP** * Added generic `setTags()` and `setTag()` function to Filter object to be used in request messages from clients to relays. * Did some small improvements in the relay response handling in the websocket client code. * Trying to send closeMessages trying to the relay to get a close response back.
