## Details - ⏲️ Prep time: 5 min - 🍳 Cook time: 30 min - 🍽️ Servings: 12 ## Ingredients - 12-14oz fresh cranberries - 1⅓ cup packed brown sugar - 1 cup raisins - 1 orange, peeled & chopped - 1 cup water ## Directions 1. Using medium sauce pan, simmer cranberries and water for 5-6 min. Cranberries will start to pop. 2. Add brown sugar, raisins, and chopped orange to the berries. 3. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 20 min. Stir often to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. 4. Let set until room temp. Mixture will thicken as it cools. 5. Put in a covered container and keep refrigerated. Lasts for about 2 weeks.
