Thinly slice the fennel bulb, onion, and garlic using a mandoline slicer. 2. In a bowl, mix the sliced fennel, onion, garlic, and salt. Let sit for a bit to allow the salt to act on the ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the turmeric, oil, black pepper, and honey to make a sauce. 4. Combine the fennel, onion, garlic mixture with the turmeric sauce and mix well.
