Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town had a total of 356 attendees, including volunteers, staff, organizers, etc.
A total of 490 Bitcoin transactions were made, spending 1 601 729 sats. Thus an average of 1.4 transactions per attendee, spending ~3k sats per tx. Enough for 2 coffees.

No, you can't "track the history of transactions" unless YOU as a user give others that information and only those you give it to can see it and only for specific transactions (unless you give the view keys for your entire wallet).
With Bitcoin everyone in the world can see and track your transactions whether you allow it or not.
Not sure why you're being so obtuse about it. There is a massive difference between private by default and transparent by default.
