I do also question how well this problem can be resolved.
Even within Nostr ecosystem it’s comes down to the platform that is most adopted (network effects).
Ex. Primal is great and I trust the leaders but say that Primal becomes the most adopted platform on Nostr chain. And say a take controversial to its own is placed and they deem it against platform guidelines. They can remove this take. I understand the data remains in Nostr ecosystem but now can only be seen on other Nostr platforms but not Primal and the author of this take can’t tell others to visit it elsewhere because they have been removed from the place they’d tell their audience to visit. Although good cause followers carry so easier adoption to new platform so better solution then current like X, Threads, etc., in which next platform adoption is more difficult (audience not carried) it still mostly comes down to network effects and leadership of that network.

If you can't hold at least X years, don't buy. What does X represent for you?
How many years do you plan to hold obviously depends on a lot of factors, but what did you envision in your mind when you decided to buy and hold? 2? 5? 10? pass on to your hypothetical children who have not been born yet when they are 18 (in fact you don't even have a partner)?
Or maybe you didn't think about years at all, but rather a price threshold (e.g. will sell when Bitcoin reaches $X?

I feel a potential resonance with Texas Slim and the Beef Initiative.
Maybe LeatherMint account is your shop, the "Texas Slim" account. And you create another entity like "Beef Initiative" (Craftmint?) that shares content from Craftsmen and maybe starts a movement and highlights and connects people to craftsmen they are looking for.
You could use the LeatherMint accounts to share at first, but if you build the sharing part- the natural growth of that would be similar to Beef Initiative I think, a network of craftsmen, competing and building each other up to the highest quality and lowest time preference.

I think he's an actor, just like most other politicians are, so I don't follow anything he says.
Are you sure you don't follow statistics made from companies/individuals who have conflicts of interest?
Why are pharma companies immune from being sued in regards to vaccine injuries?
Ultimately, everyone has to make their own decisions and it's better they get access to both sides of the debate.
If you are intellectually honest, try to debunk this 3-part documentary created by doctors (or don't).

Absolutely. The way I do it is I maintain the encrypted file system locally, and sync it to my cloud space so I always have at least two copies. I actually sync to multiple clouds to create a redundant system.

Very possible. Can't deny the plausibility of that explanation. I admit, I've tried the move before, and it's actually not as easy as it looks. When you jump into their air, you gotta use one foot to tap the other one, then bring it back before you hit the ground. Because of you don't, you could break your ankle. There is a skill to it. And with that comes a certain required physicality.

Like many, I relate to this.
The more I know, the more I realize how much I don’t know.
This is why when people say “trust the experts” and blindly follow them, I really question their opinion.
Because the more expert someone becomes the more they recognize how much of an expert (not at all) they really are.
So therefore anyone who claims to be an expert, probably isn’t actually one cause a true expert probably wouldn’t claim to be one.
For that reason, anyone who trusts an expert clearly doesn’t understand this dynamic so I definitely don’t trust someone who trusts an expert who isn’t actually an expert.
This is all to say, don’t trust the “experts” because the true experts don’t claim to be them.

That's one of the popular explanations... But I'm not so sure. I grew up with some serious martial artists, and they were incredibly fast. I knew this guy named Lai Mai who was Vietnamese, and practiced Tae Kwon Do and Vo Vi Nam. He was the fastest human being I've ever encountered. He could kick you and you literally never saw his leg move. It was on the level of this video. Impossible speed. So, while I can accept that this was a video editing thing, I also accept that this could be totally authentic.

Yeah! That's the move! I was always looking for a reason to do it, but nothing ever excited me enough to warrant it. Plus, I didn't do great the few times I practiced. I almost broke my ankle once because I left my heels together for too long and rolled it when I came down. Maybe that's why people stopped doing it. Too many broken ankles. 🤔

แนวทางการตั้งเป้าหมายข้างต้น
อาจจะได้ผลสำหรับหลายๆคน
.
แต่สำหรับหลายๆคน
นอกจากแนวทางการตั้งเป้าหมายข้างต้น
จะไม่ได้ผลสำหรับพวกเขาแล้ว
มันกลับทำให้พวกเขา
พัฒนาไปได้ช้ากว่าเดิมเสียอีก!

ยกตัวอย่างเช่น
.
หลายคนตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ว่า
พวกเขาอยากจะกลับมาวิ่งให้ได้วันละ 5 กิโลเมตร
(เหมือนสมัยที่ตัวเองยังเป็นนักเรียนนักศึกษา)
.
โดยที่พวกเขาจะตั้งเป้าหมายย่อยไว้ว่า
พวกเขาจะเริ่มต้นด้วยการวิ่ง 1 กิโลเมตรในวันพรุ่งนี้
ตามด้วยการวิ่ง 2 กิโลเมตรในวันมะรืน
ตามด้วยการวิ่ง 3 กิโลเมตรในวันถัดไป…
.
อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งหนึ่งที่พวกเขาลืมไปก็คือ
ร่างกายของพวกเขา ณ ตอนนี้ไม่เหมือนกับ
ร่างกายของพวกเขาในวัยเรียนอีกแล้ว
.
ตอนที่พวกเขายังเป็นนักเรียนหรือนักศึกษา
พวกเขาอาจจะมีวิถีชีวิตที่ active สุดๆ
พวกเขาอาจจะเล่นกีฬาแทบทุกวัน
.
ฉะนั้น การเริ่มต้นฝึกวิ่งด้วยแผนการในข้างต้น
จึง “เหมาะสม” กับสภาพร่างกายของพวกเขาในตอนนั้น
.
แต่ทุกวันนี้ พวกเขาใช้เวลานั่งอยู่บนเก้าอี้
ไม่ต่ำกว่าวันละ 10 ชั่วโมง และครั้งสุดท้าย
ที่พวกเขาออกกำลังกายคือ
การตีแบดมินตันกับเพื่อนเมื่อ 6 เดือนก่อน
.
(ซึ่งหลังจากที่ตีไปได้ 10 นาที
พวกเขาก็พาตัวเองไปนั่งดู
เพื่อนเล่นมากกว่าที่จะเล่นเองแล้ว)
.
การเริ่มต้นฝึกวิ่งด้วยแผนการในข้างต้นจึง
“ไม่เหมาะสม” กับสภาพร่างกายของพวกเขาทุกวันนี้แล้ว
.
หากพวกเขายังคงฝืนที่จะฝึกวิ่งด้วยแผนการในข้างต้นต่อไป
พวกเขามีโอกาสสูงที่จะเกิดอาการบาดเจ็บ
ส่งผลให้เป้าหมายของพวกเขา
(กลับมาวิ่งให้ได้วันละ 5 กิโลเมตร)
ยิ่งห่างไกลจากความเป็นจริงเข้าไปใหญ่
.

การตั้งเป้าหมายที่สูงในระดับ “ดวงจันทร์” เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ดีนะครับ

ผมมีเจตนาที่จะสื่อว่า
ไม่ว่าเป้าหมายของเราจะสูงระดับ “ดวงจันทร์” หรือไม่ก็ตาม
แผนการที่เราวางไว้ให้ตัวเองเพื่อที่จะช่วยพาให้เราไปถึงเป้าหมายนั้น
ควรเป็นแผนการที่อิงกับตัวเรา ณ ตอนนี้
(ไม่ใช่ตัวเราในอดีตหรือตัวเราเวอร์ชั่น “อุดมคติ” ที่หวังให้เกิดขึ้นในอนาคต)

…ไม่อย่างนั้น มันมีโอกาสสูงมากเลยครับ
ที่เราจะเจอกับความล้มเหลวครับผม!

This 210 million kilo number is growing by about 1.5% per year and it will continue to do so.
There is no limit to the amount of gold we can extract, if we really needed to we will continue to get it from other planets.
