再说个故事。我以前经常遇到这种事：某个投资事项，在时限的最后一天的上午，终于过决策会了，必须与合作方签订投资协议，在这一天的下午六点前把钱付给人家。错过时限，就错过了某个会计节点，这笔投资就没有意义了。
为了达成及时签约和付款的目的，合作方（乙方）必须和我们的人并肩作战。 整个协议要完成最终的正式签署和付款，往往还需要20多个人签批，用印。再申请付款，类似的流程再走一次，这次是不同的20多人签批。再去银行走转账手续，也需要时间。
这个时候，每一个负责签批的人，都有专人去盯去催，最高级的关键人物我会亲自去催。用印室的门口有两个人蹲守，用印员哪怕去上厕所都会有人在门口等着。银行有出纳蹲守。每一步都有人死死的盯着，任何环节延迟五分钟都会迅速回馈到我这里并立即处理。
这就是我最熟悉的，签约和付款的流程。当然，这整个过程中，乙方作为收钱方（这里的乙方有时候是企业，有时候是地方融资平台），要比我要紧张得多，他们会出一个比我高一级的领导到我办公室陪着一起办事，一起处理各种突发情况。
如果世界不是这么运转，我倒会非常惊讶。

indeed。似乎隐约又感觉哪里不妥，流程是为公司业务而存在，然而现实往往是正常流程起到“阻碍”业务的效果，是不是现在的公司体系需要重大变革
做生意的都知道随时可能变化。虽然他们谈的是战争和生命，但是其实跟普通老百姓谈生意谈赔钱谈收尾是一样的。
我认为老蛮对泽连斯基应交清算拜登投名状的判断很精准，万斯并不是缺乏社会经验，而是对泽连斯基站队民主党的不满，恰恰指出了本届政府对乌克兰不满的核心原因，问题不在万斯，而是泽连斯基依旧不切割民主党。对比下，川普比杜鲁门好很多，老蒋押宝杜威，才是灾难性后果。
现在的问题是，甲方认为乙方手里没牌，和你签是我给你机会，我赏你口饭吃；乙方来之前和其他人也勾兑了半天，误以为自己有牌，并不是你甲方给我机会，而是我给你机会，把我毛捋顺了咱就签，捋不顺咱就崩，我就顺势而为来个现场秀。甲方心里说你秀你麻痹秀啊，你自己啥样没点儿逼数嘛。
连投名状都不敢都不会交出的还妄图耍心机，泽连斯基根本不想结束战争，美国正好有意抽身欧洲，让欧洲那些嘴炮娘炮去战斗吧，美国回归门罗主义就好，不要再过度介入欧洲事务。

这是一个很普遍的小清新观念，认为政治应该很干净美好和正义。
当然了，我也很希望如此。这样弱者就不受气了，真好，比最好的梦都好。
不过，如果我是国际政治领域的收钱方，或者顺差方，或者获赠方，或者受资助方，我一定对掏钱方表现得十分柔顺。钱先拿到手，回国之后该干啥再说。
老蛮以上是回复网友如下评论:川普是房地产混出来的，跟黑社会的行事风格差不多，在商业领域，金主爸爸就是好横，没办法，这是市场经济的运行规则。只不过现在他把房地产金主的那一套行事逻辑用到了国家政治层面，个人理解，商业是纯粹的追逐利益行为，而政治却不能这样。
