You might want to do some research, but you probably go to CNN, Fox news and other indoctrination facilities for your research.
Also, you might want to do some research on jews around the world having access to interest free loans (because of their religions) which Whites don't have access to.
I am already very wealthy so I have nothing to complain about, but if you think it's a level playing field, you really haven't done much research.

I like many parts of this:
:Check: making it more general for organizations (framing it like that works well in my head)
:Check: status is useful (we can't just look at the relay for that)
:Check: category is useful too
Since organizations need a solution for their nsec management anyway, I like just looking at the npub that publishes the event for:
👉 the url of their website
👉 name
👉 description (although I'm open to having the npub's about section only as a fallback and having an optional description tag for it in the NIP)

Social media ถือเป็น “เครื่องมือ” ที่มีประโยชน์กับชีวิตของเรามากครับ

มันช่วยให้เรา connect กับผู้คนได้ง่าย
โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้คนที่มีบางอย่างเหมือนกับเรา
(เช่น เคยเรียนโรงเรียนเดียวกัน มีงานอดิเรกเหมือนกัน เป็นแฟนคลับดาราคนเดียวกัน)

นอกจากนี้
หลายคนยังได้รับ support จำนวนมาก
จากคนอื่นผ่าน social media อีกด้วย
.
อย่างไรก็ตาม เหรียญมีอยู่ 2 ด้าน
.
แม้ social media จะช่วยให้ชีวิตเราดีขึ้นในหลายๆด้าน
แต่ social media ก็สามารถส่งผลร้ายกับสุขภาพจิตเราได้เช่นกัน
.
ผลการศึกษาในปี 2025 พบว่า
การใช้ social media อาจส่งผลให้เรา
“หัวร้อน” หรือ “หงุดหงิดรำคาญใจ” มากขึ้นได้
.
แน่นอนครับว่า ไม่ใช่ทุกคนที่ใช้ social media
จะรู้สึก “หัวร้อน” หรือ หงุดหงิดรำคาญใจ”
.
อย่างไรก็ตาม หากเราเป็นคนที่…
(1) ใช้ social media บ่อยๆ (เช่น ใช้ตลอดวัน)
(2) โพสต์ลง social media ของตัวเองบ่อยๆ
(3) มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับคนอื่นบน social media บ่อยๆ (เช่น พิมพ์ comment ในโพสต์ของคนอื่น) - โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องการเมือง
.
หากเราใช้ social media ในลักษณะที่ตรงกัน 3 ข้อข้างต้น
เรามีโอกาสสูงที่จะรู้สึก “หัวร้อน” หรือ “หงุดหงิดรำคาญใจ”
จากการใช้ social media มากเป็นพิเศษ
เมื่อเทียบกับคนอื่นๆที่ใช้ social media ครับ

ใช่แล้วครับ
ต่อให้เราจะเป็นคนที่ดู content ที่มีเนื้อหา
“ชวนหัวร้อนง่าย” อย่าง content การเมือง
แต่ถ้าเราเป็นคนที่ “ดูอย่างเดียวแต่ไม่ comment”
เราก็ยังมีแนวโน้มที่จะไม่ได้รู้สึก “หัวร้อน” หรือ “หงุดหงิดรำคาญใจ”
มากเท่ากับคนที่ใช้ social media แบบข้างต้นครับ!

ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า สิ่งที่ผมหยิบมาเล่าในวันนี้
จะเป็นประโยชน์ในเบื้องต้นกับทุกๆท่าน

I think leaving NATO would be among the dumbest things he's ever done. NATO is the most successful military alliance in world history, and has been built from the ground up, by the United States, to address US needs. Trump likes to clamor on about how nothing is fair, and how other member nations are taking advantage of the US but A) member nations don't pay into NATO, like its a fund, and B) The United States remains the only member nation to ever call upon the alliance in their defense.
All his reasons for wanting to leave are the result of ignorance of the facts, and a failure to understand what the alliance actually is, and how it works. It's embarrassing, really. All of the US concerns about China are also held by the other member nations. Effectively throwing away a massive military force at your disposal, which is needed to combat another massive military force like China is just stupid. Because America would have a very difficult time combating China militarily on its own. The NATO alliance would be incredibly helpful in combating the Asian superpower.
And no matter what Trump thinks about Putin helping him against China, that ain't gonna happen because China, unlike the US, is a neighbor of Russia and they share logistical and strategic interests that go well beyond Trump's comprehension. Russia isn't going the have America's back in a fight with China.
I just hope there's one or two people left in his administration who understand the benefits of NATO, and the geopolitical realities of our increasingly strained relationship with China, and the role Russia plays between the two nations.

Kann den Tag kaum erwarten, an dem die ReGIERung der Bevölkerung mitteilt, dass enorme Sparmaßnahmen in Kraft treten, Steuern enorm angehoben werden und Sozialleistungen sowie #Bürgergeld #KINDERGELD drastisch reduziert, bis hin zur Einstellung der Zahlung erfolgen.
Wird sich zeigen, ob es dann wie in Rumänien 1989 verläuft oder die Bevölkerung es ohne Aufschrei mit sich machen lässt bis sie komplett alles verlieren, Haus, Erspartes und Freiheit.

I don't follow a particular diet. But what seems to work for me is big meals, max 2x/day, sometimes up to 72h fasts, big focus on protein and good fats.
Grass fed steak, eggs, sourdough, avocados, ghee, coconut oil, butter, Greek yoghurt, honey, nuts & blueberries make up the majority of my calorie intake
