I dont have that many friends from highschool, but maybe 4.
Of the 4, 1 is married with 2 kids and longterm employment in the trades, 3 are not married and do not have kids, and 2 of them have no career path. I dont even know if one is working anymore, living with his fiancees family in another country.
Of my coworker peers in our age group, atleast 50% have no plans of having children.
Learning about Bitcoin is what made me bullish on procreation, where I was never so much so before meeting my wife. Now I cant imagine my life without my wife and kid.

本来美国是乌克兰的最大恩主，又积极解决乌克兰面临的最大问题。竟然能谈崩？发生在上月底的外交事故，一下震惊世界，如今余波未平！
正如泽连斯基在3月5日所说，乌克兰人民最需要和平。没有人希望战争无休止的进行下去。可是，为何就没能谈下去呢？似乎欲速则不达，揠苗助长了。
下面是401文子对此事的一家之言。
川普泽连斯基白宫谈判破裂，关键原因是川普认为泽连斯基，言而无信，反复无常且不知感恩。
第一，说好来签合同，结果过来谈判了。如此荒唐，对着全世界的人撒谎，谁还信他？难怪川普觉得泽连斯基言而无信，外交部，国务卿都反复确定的事儿，泽连斯基硬是推倒重来，任谁也无法否认泽连斯基的流氓特质，言而无信，不仅仅只是川普认为，而是真有其事。
第二，矿产协议是互利的经济合作，对双方都有好处，不应该附带任何条件。如果互利互惠的商业合作附带条件，不就是贪得无厌？必然害人害己——使得以后也不会有更多的合作。
贸易，对所有人都好。然而，太多人理解不了，比如大清皇帝。
清朝皇帝觉得，洋人高价买我的茶叶，低价卖给我机枪大炮，就是对皇室的羞辱——岂不知，洋人的机枪大炮恰恰是大清皇帝最需要的东西（镇压太平天国，捻军和回民起义）。是他自己给自己加戏太多——人家洋人觉得就是普通交易，并且，条件还非常优惠，完全没有价格歧视。大清皇帝觉得是奇耻大辱，洋人来了竟然不下跪，不接受封赏。其它奴才进贡皇帝需要的好东西，都是要磕头谢恩，皇帝才勉强接受的，什么时候明码标价的做生意了？太失皇家体统了，让皇帝很没面子，知不知道？
泽连斯基就和大清皇帝一样，又要当婊子，又要立牌坊，啥都想要。岂不知，洋人不是他的奴才，不纵容他。
所以，川普和泽连斯基，也是鸡同鸭讲，泽连斯基就像大清皇帝一样，深深的“弱者思维”，自我加戏，让习惯现代文明的人，感觉不可理喻。弱者思维的人，恨不得一次交易，就得到所有——让别人赔钱，他才觉得胜利——岂不知，如果别人赔钱，人家为什么要和你做生意？
生意就是互利，不是强买强卖。
第三，泽连斯基先说借款，又说美国无偿援助，赠款，本就已经言而无信了。又说给矿产，然后又把矿产给英国开采一百年，给美国留下的矿产资源非常的有限，都是空头支票。川普不计较，以为会得到感谢，没想到却得到抱怨。这就像你去消费，仅仅是因为对方可怜，并不是特别需要，可是，对方觉得你离不开他的服务，给你报价低了——互相都觉得对方应该感恩，都觉得是施与恩情——这是商业无解题。或者说，商业就是商业，不该有非分之想。
任何一方都不应该有非分之想。
第四，也是最后，（俄乌）和平谈判还没有开始，就批评谈判对手，这不利于达成共识——这是常识啊！泽连斯基就像大清皇帝，恰恰的理解不了现代文明的做事方式。
现代文明之所以是现代文明，是因为它有一套科学的做事方式，比如，一事一议，一时一件。这和传统观念完全不同。
罗伯特议事规则是现代文明的核心，它就是专门解决问题的。这些基本思维理念是现代人的标配，但是，前现代人却很难理解。如果把所有的事情都混在一起说，就是思维混乱，结果必然是什么事也解决不了。不如把事情分解开来，同一时间只谈一件事儿，一件事情只谈一次，就是咱们中国人说的，一个唾沫一个钉，说话算话。谈好了就用协议固定下来，不带反悔的。这样，一下子就解决一件（类）事，循序渐进，所有常见的麻烦都解决了，决策者就非常的轻松，可以用大量精力解决不常见的偶发事项，使得所有的事儿都能完美解决。而传统观念的人，就像救火队长，整天都很忙，什么事儿都十万火急。但，什么事都是临时应付，没有根本上处理，过一段时间又会需要重新处理，导致大量时间浪费在处理重复的问题上。没有精力和时间处理更多的事儿——这就是为什么中国人勤劳而不富有——底层的思维观念错了。辛苦的做低附加值的事儿，始终没有解决高价值的问题，如何能富有？
很显然，这些现代文明的基本素质，大清皇帝理解不了，泽连斯基也理解不了，甚至广大中国网友也理解不了。这需要现代文明的熏陶或者教育，可是，专制统治者常常禁止现代文明的做事方法传播——这会创造现代公民，威胁他的统治。
扯远一点，现在公民有多么强大？古罗马300公民兵，抵挡15万独裁者的军队——你就知道“公民”的含义了，也就知道独裁者为何害怕公民了。公民的能力之强，使得独裁者瑟瑟发抖，当今世界，典型的公民包括川普马斯克马云等人，都是这种，以一当十亿的人，一个人顶一个整编师，真的不夸张。具体请参考我的文章——现代文明的做事方式。
文明差异很要命，逼得川普只能换人——你泽连斯基不可理喻，听不懂人话，那就找个能听得懂人话的人和我谈。或者，等你能理解了我的话的时候，你才具备上谈判桌的资格。
谈判一结束，就有很多人指出。泽连斯基是英语太好了，缺乏翻译，才带来灾难性后果。确实如此，虽然用的语言都是英语，可是，思维方式却是野蛮和文明的分野，就像人和猴子对话。

I have about 8 close friends from high school. All now in their mid 30’s
Of the 8…
6 are unmarried and have never been married.
2 are married
4 have children. 4 do not.
Of the four that have kids they each have only 1 child.
Only 2 have what could meaningfully be considered a career. The rest work paycheck to paycheck.
Only 2 are home owners.
Is this common for millennials in america? Or is this just my friend group.
