Após iniciar o ano com o maior aumento em três meses, a cesta básica teve uma leve queda no início de fevereiro deste ano em Rio Branco. O custo médio, porém, segue acima de R$ 600, assim como havia sido em janeiro.
No período, o valor saiu de R$ 666,80 no primeiro mês do ano para R$ 643,71 em fevereiro, segundo uma pesquisa da Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Estado do Acre (Fecomércio-AC).

Cesta básica ficou mais cara em 13 capitais em janeiro
O estudo foi feito no dia 1º de fevereiro, em três supermercados, e considerou os 15 itens que compõem a cesta básica. Para a análise, a Fecomércio estabeleceu o cenário de uma família com até três pessoas adultas, ou dois adultos e duas crianças, com renda média mensal de R$ 2 mil.
O índice foi puxado, principalmente, pelo custo da carne, que, considerando compras mensais, pode custar até R$ 204,95. Isto porque a média de preço é de R$ 40,99 por quilo, o maior valor médio unitário. O segundo maior é o do café em pó, com R$ 16,49 por 250 gramas, o que pode levar o custo a R$ 65,96 por mês. Em seguida, aparece o pão francês, com R$ 15,99 por quilo.
Custo médio mensal da cesta básica em Rio Branco
A média registrada no início do mês representa um aumento de 8,13% em relação ao custo em novembro do ano passado, que foi de R$ 595,30.
“A variação de preços pode estar associada a fatores como sazonalidade agrícola, custos logísticos e variações no mercado de insumos. Para minimizar os impactos, consumidores podem buscar promoções, substituir itens mais caros por alternativas acessíveis e monitorar os preços nos supermercados”, avaliou Egídio Garó, assessor técnico da presidência da Fecomércio-AC.

Guess I meed to make it more obvious there is something good on the other side, add a staircase into it so it doesn't seem like they'll be stuck there, and add stuff floating in it...

A Prefeitura de São Vicente, no litoral de São Paulo, abriu 80 vagas para um projeto esportivo que oferecerá aulas gratuitas de artes marciais. Os interessados devem fazer a matrícula no Poliesportivo Dondinho, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 17h.

De acordo com a administração municipal, serão ministradas aulas de muay thai, judô e capoeira no centro Poliesportivo, localizado na Travessa do Parque, 1.000, no bairro Catiapoã. A iniciativa, segundo a pasta, tem como objetivo incentivar atividades esportivas à população.
Para se inscrever, os alunos devem apresentar foto 3x4, cópia do RG ou certidão de nascimento e uma cópia do comprovante de residência. Aos menores de idade, também será exigida a declaração escolar (menores de 16 anos) e cópia do RG do responsável.
Cronograma das aulas:
Judô: (terça e quinta-feira, das 18h às 19h)
Capoeira: (segunda, quarta e sexta-feira, das 20h às 22h)
Muay Thai: (segunda e quarta-feira, das 19h às 20h)
