Today is church, will probably hit the basketball gym with my son, then watch a game this afternoon.

Fridge is a bit bare 🤦🏻♂️
I guess that’s what happens when you were sick for 10 days.
I THINK I’m finally past this darn respiratory infection.
Yesterday I fed another 8-10 feet of my pineapple plantation. Gotta do a little every day so I can get the mulch pile off my front lawn and/or have more delivered!
Ran out this season and it took a couple months for me to get more delivered so my soil factory is behind schedule and it’s time to thin garden bed #1 but I’d just be putting the transplants into mulch and not top soil…so I may find myself buying some top soil…
We shall see.
Got our son’s birthday this week and with mom traveling for business this week, I think we gonna have a father son adventure week exploring the area and I know we have a reserved a cave snorkel later in the week!

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been experimenting with cutting down my caffeine intake and have been swapping some regular coffees with these decaf beans. While maybe it would be better not to have extra coffee at all, I do like the taste and the mountain water process seems to be a clean, chemical free way to remove the caffeine without affecting the flavour too much. My take, do it if you love it and it makes your life better or brings you calm when you need it. When it becomes a distraction and a detriment to health, then it’s time to reconsider.
The quest for “well-being” is a bit different than perfect health, imo. Humans have always enjoyed alterants and intoxicants, but we’ve twisted vice and virtue around and turned it into addiction.

I have been hardcore audited by the IRS. It was a hard and expensive lesson, but in hindsight, a good one.
It taught me how to legally avoid as many taxes as possible - and has paid for itself 100x. Tho it takes resources to do so.
It also taught me to hate the IRS with a fervor. The process and the people are a joke. It was a full on witch hunt.
I know a billionaire with a stimmy check framed in his office. Not because it was a mistake - but because he pays so little in taxes that the govt thinks he needs aid.
A tax leak reveled that Jeff Bezos receives tax credits for his kids.
and actually - good for them.
The IRS and its agents are a joke.
The IRS will not even answer tax questions if you call them.
It’s unfixable.
Burn it down.
