有道理。比如：墨西哥和哥伦比亚，美国长期打击南美毒枭，但由于美国国内毒品需求旺盛，毒贩总能找到新供应链。阿富汗鸦片，塔利班时期虽然一度禁种，但全球毒品市场依然繁荣，其他地区补上了供应缺口。

这一点真的很好，初中信息课的时候就安排强制观看禁毒宣传片，内容恐怖吓人，让人自发的想远离毒品，对人的影响意义是好的
打击毒品供应能抬高吸食毒品的代价，把毒品价格抬高到普通人无法接受的程度，中国的毒品基本上非常昂贵，没多少人有经济能力去吸毒
错！中国对打击毒品源头管得比谁都严格。你敢在自己屋前门后种几棵罂粟花试试看？马上帽子叔叔就找上门来了。更别说对于所有的“易制毒”化学品的管控。
几个人聚在一起可以制造供成千上万人吸食的毒品。抓这几个人，比抓成千上万的瘾君子容易得多。
主要是美国政府在内政上三权分立还有联邦制地方分权以及受到汹涌的脑残民意掣肘，但外交政策上却基本不受任何力量约束和审查，所以历届政府总是更倾向于对外强硬对内妥协。在全美推行强戒制度阻力太大打击面太广，对瘾君子的污名化又很容易被民权组织起诉被左媒声讨，搞全民举报没人理你…人民自甘堕落
中国瘾君子大超你的想象，就像卖淫嫖娼一样普遍。
和我在中部县城体制内的同学聊天，他提供的当地体制内的情况触目惊心。 县缉毒中队队长也是我同学，吸毒被开除，一起开除了4个，老婆也吸毒，城关镇副镇长和老婆吸毒，被开除。
他发语音，聊一句撤回一句。
而芬太尼，中国根本就没有当成毒品打击。
供给和需求两端都要发力才行，如果非要区分轻重，我觉得供给端应该更加注重一些，因为古人早有总结：釜底抽薪，堵不如疏……
目前中共的做法相当于把炉火用盖子盖住，强行把炉火闷息，但是请注意到的一点就是，一旦炉盖的力度稍有放松，或者炉体有缺陷，只要有一丝氧气进入，就会有极大概率会死灰复燃

对这块不了解，无法识别可信度。
纯简单朴素的付出，对等回报角度看，有一些个人的见解，供参考。
无论是谁，都必须经历学习的过程，才有可能强于他人。
哪怕你真的天赋异禀也不例外，顶多效率更高，达成相同高度比别人花更少时间。
完全没接触过某方面的知识，是没办法在专业层面和在这个领域堆过时间的人相比的，甚至装听得懂都很容易露馅。
教育成果的差异，拆分开来分析可以追溯出两个层面的差别。
先天学得能力和后天学习环境资源差异。
同一阶层的人和人之间，前者的差异我们称为天赋，体现在接受，吸收，沉淀和应用知识的差异上。
有的人一点就通，有的人就跟傻子似的，反复变着法子教，还是怎么都听不懂，把这些知识和实际应用结合更是隔着天堑，想都不用想，指望他们能把知识活学活用，就跟指望母猪上树没差。
学习环境资源差异更多体现在阶层差异和学习环境差别上。
阶层差异好理解，官宦家庭，商人家庭，打工人家庭每天餐桌上的话题是不一样的，一起出来旅行，游学的频次也不同，平时潜移默化带着教的处事哲学，办事方法也各有侧重，小孩子耳濡目染积累的被动经验自然也会有差异。
学习环境差异，主要体现在教学硬件和同学差别。
在古代，教学硬件差别体现在藏书量的多少，讲师的水平差异。
进入和我们相关的现代几十年，硬件差异已经快速缩小，名师的确依旧有独特魅力，还得花钱才能请到更好的。
教学工具上，已经没太大差别，无非是动画演示的电子版教学，还是传统的粉笔黑板。
知识循序渐进的方式和教学内容没有太大差异。
最主要的人为差异，其实是同学。
先不说美国名牌大学学术重视的同时，聪明孩子更注重混圈层，搞社交。
就国内来说，假使孩子中学时学习不太行，有点家底的家庭会让孩子被分流去读技校还是用钱铺进国际学校？
选国际学校的最底层原因还不是因为同学？！
几大天然可信的关系之一就是“一起同过窗”，好的圈层就是好的潜力人脉，想要保障不低的阶层，家长都会很早就注意意帮助这方面做积累。
当然，孩子的自觉也很重要，混日子，整天翘课玩游戏，学废了的烂尾娃多了去了。
孩子没有自制力，贪玩，正常，这是天性，绝大多数幼稚的孩子都这样。
但是父母需要让他们知道，现在的学习积累，是为了让他们以后过更好的人生，更容易形成竞争优势，用更少的工作时间，更高的单位时间产出，轻松赚更多钱。
而越多的钱，能给他更大的选择自由。
