就我个人来说，差不多一天一包烟，烟龄20，目前戒烟快2年了。感觉就是年青的时候吸烟好像没啥影响，后面年纪变大，感觉吸烟对身体的影响还是蛮大了！年青的时候，机体功能强大，可以消除掉吸烟带来的危害物质，年纪大了，就戒烟，打球跑步时常运动下！

不同意。 老蛮你没有在美国读过书不清楚- 精英家庭孩子会去私立学校如Phillips academy 然后去藤校。普通人并不不歧视nerds- 反而你Fortnite游戏打得好的话会被人尊重。青少年不运动了-肥胖的人越来越多。
我孩子在美国读书。美国的教育不能简单一两句话定论，也不能彻底否定。但是推进效率改革的确是必须的。
欧美校园文化，成绩好是非常耻辱的事。<<<< 言过其实。我亲身接触过，确没厉害国那般过度褒扬，但远远不至于耻辱，更加没非常。普通学校和优质学校学生成绩好都比较讨喜，老师喜欢，周围同学也喜欢。亲身体验。

老蛮，我不知道欧洲怎么样，但是美国好学区的中学也是看重学习成绩的，成绩好的孩子跟体育好的孩子在学校都受欢迎，学校也会组织优秀孩子们参加各种学科竞赛，拿到好成绩一样上校报跟地方新闻，学校里面的各种学科俱乐部都是由一帮优秀的孩子自己领导。

Nerd 一般是指哪些成绩好, 但其他的啥都不行的人. 但一般来讲, 成绩好还是受老师喜欢的, 我儿子学校, 每年中考前三名都会被刻在地上, 最好的那个还会挂在校长办公室的墙上.

不知道是不是媒体过分渲染尊重孩子个性导致打歧视？我孩子读的国际学校里面学习好的学生老师非常重视，提前IB课程。有几个数学好的，老师到处带他们参加竞赛积累经验，英语写作能力好的给各种机会表现。因为现在短视频和手机的天下，那里的孩子阅读和写作能力都不行（仅个人经历）

得了吧。首先，我自己不吸烟。其次，我不反感别人吸烟。再次，烟草有没有危害性，是争议极大的事，医学并没有真的搞清楚烟草与肺癌和鼻咽癌之间的关系，医学连癌症的发病机理这种基础问题都没搞明白。

中国虽然禁毒，但烟民数量世界第一。烟草局是政权的摇钱树绝对不会放手，而且吸烟不但危害自己，二手烟更害别人。打不打击，放不放开全在于对当前政权有无利益可图。
拿烟草出来说事没有任何意义。欧美国家，烟草公司交的税也非常高，还特么大规模出口呢

在欧美的校园文化里，学习成绩好是非常耻辱的事。Nerd,Egghead,Dork之类的 羞辱性称呼一定会戴在头上，在学校里连头都抬不起来，中午吃饭必须躲在角落快速扒拉两口，以躲避随时都会降临的校园霸凌。
至于说欧美在教育上更重视所谓“个性”，这种扯淡现在已经没人信了。以前可以拿来哄骗极左，现在这种蠢话说出来，欧美人自己都觉得丢人。
