100%. Bitcoin's value proposition necessitates it being used as money. Scarcity is a necessary requirement for value, but it is not a sufficient requirement in and of itself. Arguably even gold only maintains its value because people see that fiat will one day collapse, and that gold may need to return as money. That's certainly the mentality the preppers have when hoarding it anyway. And how many nation states are using it, with demand spiking amid breakdowns between their fiat (and the uncertainty of access to the dollar rails).

Yea, I've been catching Lyn on podcasts for awhile before I really took the dive back into Bitcoin (I bought in 2013 and have held a portion of it since then, but had since gone off in a lot of directions and hadn't really built the conviction). Her understanding of the Eurodollar system is much better than most, and her ability to communicate it is unmatched (even among those who DO get it, perhaps even more into the weeds than she gets).
And yea, Broken Money was a major catalyst that got me looking a bit closer at the Bitcoin I bought all those years ago.

FYI, the zip isn't just targeted at Rhode Island (if you're a new follower, or not a follower at all) ... I'm distributing the tutorials to the planet now (plan-ET ;)) ... But I'm atm, still mainly focused on getting the five eyes jurisdictions up to speed first (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).
There is a break in the tutorials still present (which I will be removing in v.18, next version) deliberately put into the tutorials, to ensure civilians couldn't get ahead of military intel/special forces etc (these tutorials were passed to US Special Forces via SAS most probably around four years ago now). I've survived approximately £33 billion in assassinations/torture to suicide (remote) etc, and completed the cryptanalysis to derive not just the cipher keys they use, but also to fully determine the cipher system used with the keys.

I have a hard time understanding how someone so ignorant, unempathetic, and shortsighted could be in a position of power over children. Every metric shows a positive benefit to ensuring that children eat a healthy lunch. It's an unfortunate fact that not all parents are able to provide that on a consistent basis. This pro-child-labor (poor children, specifically) Republican apparently wants school kids to head into the fields, or down into the mines to work if they want to eat like the rest of the privileged children. I was there a few weeks ago, some bad and rainy days but mostly good weather. I loved it in the north but been only in Santana for 2 days. Funchal is also cool and I loved to be able to pay with bitcoin in so many places. Definitely going back at some point to keep exploring the island.
