This is actually the ironic thing about the whole debate:
The best female employees also tend to be the moms most willing to drop everything for their kids. They are good at focusing and setting priorities, and they discount stuff like "face time" and "office politics" and concentrate on delivering, delivering, delivering.
I'm now working for my second mom/CEO and they both prioritize their families over their work, and have zero fucks to give, if that bothers someone. They didn't get where they are by sucking up to Randy at the office and lounging around the coffee machine.

I'm also against dropping sick kids with infectious diseases off at the homes of senior citizens. We have responsibilities to the elderly, as well, and their homes shouldn't be turned into a field hospital. If they wouldn't let the child go to school with it, and your boss would be pissed if you infected your colleagues with it, keep your ass home.

As for special account premium level upload experience, not really possible with the current standards and clients, only if we create our own app and make it happen.

yeah, seriously though i gotta tell ya the char grilled beef, (from uraguay) thtis one has almost completely ceased food begging behaviour except once a day
i'm going to have to start perfecting my charcoal lighting technique, been thinking about gathering lots of small sticks and dead weed stems and such to make a bed and then put the lighter cubes in the middle of it and then select big coals on top so they get a really good start, and i reckon he'll be fine with like two of the 9 or so pieces from one skewer and the rest will be most of my day's food as well
really, totally satisfying this beef stuff, i mean once you get enough of it... can be that at first you want to eat a lot of it but then after you eat a lot you totally don't need to eat for ages... i remember actually at one time i was eating like 700g at once and then i wouldn't eat the next day

It works well, but it’s not exactly passive. First you need big enough routes in place to catch this size HTLCs. And you have to be pretty proactive to get liquidity where it needs to be which is costly and time consuming as well. So catching a nice forward like this is great but it’s only part of the story!

I only have a couple channels with enough liquidity for that size HTLCs but many that can handle 5-10M easily. It depends on the channel, but it can take a week or two to move things back around and get liquidity where it needs to be again.
