They don't have manual testers and they don't deliver their code bundled with unit tests or containers. And they release, and stuff that used to work is broken (regression, very bad), and the new stuff doesn't work and sometimes the build is missing files or is corrupted, and can't be installed.
They're testing nothing, methinks. They don't even try installing it on a different system, running it, and clicking around a bit. Otherwise, they would quickly notice the integration problems.
You're supposed to _at least_ do that, before a beta release announcement. Take those 15 minutes, please.

I try to have my latest coffee by around 1pm which seems ok for me generally. Interestingly though, if I have been out late and need to drive home, I have occasionally had coffee late at night and have still slept well afterwards so the impact on sleep isn’t always as bad as I would expect.

the majority of queries on relays is not subscriptions, which do need it
not only that, from a programming perspective, sockets require a thread to maintain their ping, at minimum, you can maybe optimise that in some way by having one thread handle many but it's not going to be much better than using coroutines for them (about 2kb per thread, it's event driven by timer interrupts)
whereas a standard http request/respones is a single thread for the lifetime of the query which is as long as it takes to pull the relevant data from the database, encode it and dispatch it

Thanks for sharing, very interesting! I’ve also been experimenting with some adjustments to my coffee intake recently. I do like the taste of coffee so I have been trying swapping to some good quality decaf beans and generally only one real coffee a day. I’ve definitely noticed some improvements in my sleeping. I have been thinking about giving it up completely but I don’t want to then just substitute it for some other drink that has its own issues.

i'm going to have to start perfecting my charcoal lighting technique, been thinking about gathering lots of small sticks and dead weed stems and such to make a bed and then put the lighter cubes in the middle of it and then select big coals on top so they get a really good start, and i reckon he'll be fine with like two of the 9 or so pieces from one skewer and the rest will be most of my day's food as well
really, totally satisfying this beef stuff, i mean once you get enough of it... can be that at first you want to eat a lot of it but then after you eat a lot you totally don't need to eat for ages... i remember actually at one time i was eating like 700g at once and then i wouldn't eat the next day
