xylitol, mannitol and lactose all are inhibitors of many common tooth bacterial species, they call them "non-fermentable sugars" and all three can sometimes be found in especially apple ciders, for this reason, as the sugars in apple juice are very fermentable (and the skin of the apple is usually covered in yeasts that do it)

i think that for sure milk helps protect teeth, especially if you avoid sugars altogether, as the bacteria that feeds on the sugar breaks down the casein

oh that reminds me... when i was on the milk diet last year, it also was amazing for my dental hygiene, about the only thing was that it did seem to create a casein coating on my teeth, this protected me from the dangers of maltodestrin, funny enough, which i wasn't eating anyway, but just consuming only milk for a few days and tooth pain was gone also

yeah, i brush at least once or twice a week most of the time... the real main issue is stuff like coffee and wine stains and really that is just a bleaching treatment... so i have a toothpaste that is a bit bleachy
before i figured out that maltodextrin caused me to get severe tooth pain i used to depend on Sensodyne, one of the few toothpastes that has potassium nitrate in it, which numbs the dental nerves
just by eliminating foods with this additive in it i have no tooth pain problems, and not only that, but maltodextrin is like steroids for dental bacteria, i mean, potato, corn, rice, wheat, these are bad, sugars (including malts) are worse, but maltodextrin, it's absolute evil, IMO if the health regulators actually weren't in bed with the dentists, which they obviously are, they would ban the entire category of modified starches at all (and don't get me started on vegetable gums, ugh)
proper food, beef, steamed and fried, non-starchy vegetables (i mean, the lesser ones, carrots, peas, beans) these foods don't cause dental problems, you won't be like these maltodextrin, HFCS sucking sad people in your fiat mine, just cut out the shit that makes the parasites thrive and all is well
also, yeah, hog hair would probably be the best non-plastic but i bet it's hard to find toothbrushes like that, similarly as it's hard to find iodine toothpastes, those are really good, i wish i could get an iodine toothpaste but mysteriously they keep on disappearing from the market after i hear about them... infowars was selling one for a while and oh mystery it's gone again

Well, I exhausted everything I could find that seemed related to my issue , I’ll have to post something in that community now to see if I can get help to fix my node and recover my on and off chain savings .. what a mess ,, I have to wonder if somehow having that coinos wallet jacked my stuff up, very skeptical of that right now . I mean if you read their TG group you’d have a hard time not being ,, one of their so called technicians said I’d have to fork over 3 million sats to fix my wallets issue , of coarse he said I’d get it back, no way Jose .

moderation (deleting offensive messages) is a client side thing, the relay only needs to honor delete requests, realy already does this but would just need an additional criteria that designated moderators list would have the permission to delete any user event.
permissions can be implemented simply using lists, #realy has one that is based on follow/mute lists of designated owners, it also currently filters queries for authed users and doesn't send them events from users they have muted (as i was saying the other day somewhere, in theory muting a user could enable the filtering out of one users messages from being delivered to the authed user on their mute list, ie, don't send to asshat i don't like semantics).

fortunately i am able to compartmentalize my work mostly separate from stuff that talks to shitcoins, my current task is creating a fuzzy matching system for a recommendation engine (match making)
but i wish i could just get paid to build out some awesome nostr
