Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been experimenting with cutting down my caffeine intake and have been swapping some regular coffees with these decaf beans. While maybe it would be better not to have extra coffee at all, I do like the taste and the mountain water process seems to be a clean, chemical free way to remove the caffeine without affecting the flavour too much. I’ll agree it’s halfway decent, it’s also missing half the nostr experience… like the ability to curate your own feed from the start, live streams, nostr nests, etc..
