Vier arrestaties na fatale schietpartij Pannerden, slachtoffer komt uit Arnhem
Het slachtoffer van de dodelijke schietpartij vannacht in het Gelderse dorp Pannerden is een 22-jarige man uit Arnhem. De politie heeft drie mannen en een vrouw aangehouden in het dorp Braamt en in het nabijgelegen Doetinchem.
Vannacht rond 02.30 uur kreeg de politie een melding over een schietpartij aan de Hoogeweg in Pannerden. Daar werd een geparkeerde auto gevonden met een kogelgat in de voorruit. Even verderop, in Zevenaar, werd een tweede auto gevonden. Daarin zaten drie mensen, onder wie de zwaargewonde man die niet veel later overleed.
Woningen beschoten
De politie onderzoekt in deze zaak ook meerdere plekken in Pannerden en Zevenaar, omdat afgelopen nacht ook op huizen in die twee plaatsen zou zijn geschoten. Het verband tussen deze incidenten wordt onderzocht.
De politie kan nog niets zeggen over de aanleiding voor de schietpartij en of het dodelijke slachtoffer en de vier opgepakte verdachten elkaar kenden.

**A fresh set of twin lambs born on the homestead**

Just when we thought the window had closed for more early lambs to be born this winter, the last ewe we had our eyes on gave birth to twins.

The were both in need of immediate attention, so we took them inside, warmed them up with the Bitcoin mining clothes dryer, fed them colostrum we had frozen from last spring's lambing, and made some coats for them.

These are the first lambs this ewe has birthed but she is a very good mother. She bonded with the lambs immediately so even after taking them away to warm them up she didn't reject them once we brought them back. She holds still to let them nurse too.

The other two early lambs are doing well too, we setup heat lamps in their stalls to help keep them warm while the get hardy enough to handle the cold winter weather. This event has shown us that we are prepared and have the experience, techniques, and supplies on hand to successfully save distressed lambs even in extreme conditions. Having little baby lambs running around in the winter has definitely put some fresh spirit in our hearts when winter time tends to be a more depressive season.

The internet is the conductor of choice for most people to send their messages on, encrypted or not. I think you have to face that reality you’re always dealing with a device manipulating the electromagnetic spectrum in ways you can’t detect without a screen and associated hardware, what’s the problem? If you don’t want anybody to discover your secret(s) just STFU about it. Meshtastic is cool and everything but at the end of the day it’s a little plastic box mostly a battery and tiny chipset of which you can hardly comprehend the inner workings of on a nano scale. In the spirit of Friday Demoday, here we go 👏
Broadcasting my new pet project: nsite.info & https://nsite.cloud
Currently its shipped as something thats 70% UI but it provides a general overview of what the continuation of https://cypher.space will look like.
Nsite Cloud is looking to provide a simple webfront where you can deploy, edit and clone existing Nsites. Just using your private key you'll be able to see where your site is deployed, change relays and blossom servers and see some site statistics from our Nsite resolver ( gateway ). Eventually you'll also be able to hook your own custom domain to the resolver and buy a subdomain route, the code will be open once cleaned up and will be split in a couple different versions (Simple Nsite resolver, Full gateway Docker,...).
Cypher orginally started as a build to create a template that could be easily hosted on cloudflare, netlify, vercel,… to facility lightning commerce in a way that wouldn’t centralise the products on one front-end. Now with Nsite slowly becomming a proper thing this way forward makes more sense than to rely on these cloud infrastructure providers, this will be quite the endevour to build out but looking forward to focus development efforts on this build.
I’ll post an update once a week on its current development stage

Finishing this bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe this morning. Not sure what is coming up next, but I think I have a new coffee scale showing up to test our today.
Mild and partly cloudy day today and then tomorrow we are looking at 3" of rain and spiraling into second winter for next week.
Heading to town for groceries and laundry today. Hopefully there is no excitement, but you never know. Normally a decent chance something notable happens on my Friday trips.
