Skandal um das Hauruck-Urteil vom Berliner Landgericht, nach dem die Plattform X zwei regierungsnahen NGOs unbegrenzten Zugang zu Nutzerdaten in Echtzeit während der Wahl gewähren muss. Der zuständige Richter, der zuvor beim Antragsteller „Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte“ gearbeitet hat, wurde vom Fall abberufen. Reitschuster hat die Identität des umstrittenen Richters erfahren.
Das Landgericht Berlin hatte am 6.2.2025 im Eilverfahren ohne öffentliche Verhandlung und ohne Anhörung des Betroffenen entschieden, dass zwei dubiose „Nicht“-Regierungsorganisationen gegen den Willen des Betreibers Zugang zu allen Nutzerdaten auf X erhalten sollen.
X beschwerte sich daraufhin in einem Post, „dass der Richter in dem Fall zuvor für die Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte gemeinsam mit denselben Anwälten, die die Antragsteller Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte vertreten, gearbeitet hat“. Der Gründer und Legal Director der Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte Ulf Buermeyer ( https://freiheitsrechte.org/ueber-die-gff/team/ulf-buermeyer ) war zudem mehr als zehn Jahre als Richter des Landes Berlin tätig.
Nachdem der Interessenskonflikt des Richters bekannt wurde, legte die Plattform X gegen die Einstweilige Verfügung Beschwerde ein. Das Landgericht Berlin teilte uns nun mit, „dass das Ablehnungsgesuch gegen einen Richter erfolgreich war“.
„Das Gericht hatte im Rahmen von § 42 Abs. 2 ZPO darüber zu entscheiden, ob bei dem Richter objektiv ein Misstrauen gegen seine Unparteilichkeit gerechtfertigt erscheint oder nicht. Denn für die Ablehnung des Richters muss dessen Parteilichkeit nicht tatsächlich bestehen beziehungsweise festgestellt werden. Ausreichend für eine begründete Ablehnung ist es vielmehr, dass für eine Partei bei objektiver Sicht die bloße Sorge entsteht, der Richter gehe nicht unvoreingenommen ans Werk. Die getroffene Entscheidung über das Ablehnungsgesuch ist davon ausgegangen, dass diese bloße Sorge bestehen kann, da der betroffene Richter in der Vergangenheit bei einer die Antragstellerin unterstützenden Gesellschaft tätig war.“
Unseren Informationen zufolge soll es sich dabei um den Richter Piet Akkermann handeln, der laut seinem Linkedin Profil ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/piet-akkermann-509271195/ ) Jan.–März 2023 Rechtsreferendar bei der „Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte e.V.“ war. Seit April 2024 ist er Richter beim Land Berlin.
Das Landgericht Berlin wollte nicht dementieren, dass es sich bei dem fraglichen Richter um Akkermann handelt, was vermutlich ohne Bekanntgabe von persönlichen Informationen möglich gewesen wäre.
Wir wollten Richter Akkermann die Möglichkeit geben, sich dazu zu äußern. Das Landgericht Berlin zog es jedoch vor, alle Presseanfragen zu dem Wahlskandal selbst zu beantworten.
Reitschuster.de sieht hier ein überragendes öffentliches Interesse geboten, da es um die Nutzerdaten Millionen deutscher X-Nutzer geht und um eine mögliche Einmischung in die Bundestagswahlen durch ausländisch finanzierte „Nicht“-Regierungsorganisationen. Der Persönlichkeitsschutz vor identifizierender Berichterstattung gilt bei Richtern nicht. Es gilt jedoch wie immer die Unschuldsvermutung. Von persönlichen Attacken auf den Richter ist unbedingt abzusehen!
Laut Anwalt Nikolaus Steinhöfel hat sich Akkermann „in einer Weise für die richterliche Tätigkeit disqualifiziert, die es als ratsam erscheinen lässt, das Betätigungsfeld zurück in regierungsnahe NGOs zu verlagern, wo er herkommt. Auch wenn es dort nach der Bundestagswahl zu einer wünschenswerten Austrocknung des Mittelflusses kommen sollte“.
Wie bereits berichtet ( https://reitschuster.de/post/sollen-steuerfinanzierte-ngos-die-wahlannullierung-vorbereiten/ ) hat der Antragsteller „Democracy Reporting International gGmbh“ ( https://democracy-reporting.org/en/office/global ) laut einer Einzelanfrage des MdBs Jürgen Braun seit 2016 22.677.511,45 Euro vom Auswärtigen Amt und dem Entwicklungsministerium erhalten. Zusätzlich hat Democracy Reporting International laut dem Finanztransparenzportal der EU seit 2016 9,9 Mio. Euro von der EU erhalten, und 2022 $165.000 von den Open Society Foundations ( https://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/grants/past?grant_id=OR2022-86503 ).
Laut Jahresbericht ( https://democracyreporting.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/pdf/66ec18ee7a048.pdf ) hatte DRI 2023 ein Jahresbudget von 6.682.960 €. Davon stammten 3.160.464 € vom Auswärtigen Amt, 1.753.350 € von der EU, 530.182 € von der Mercator Stiftung, die auch ‚Correctiv“ und das Agora-Graichen Netzwerk ( https://www.tichyseinblick.de/daili-es-sentials/42-millionen-euro-agora-energiewende-mercator-stiftung/ ) finanziert, 475.544 € vom niederländischen Außenministerium, 174.011 € von der Porticus-Stiftung der Familie Brenninkmeijer (C&A), € 82.040 € von der Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) des Entwicklungsministeriums und Auswärtigen Amtes, 301.989 € von anderen Stiftungen und 106.416 € von anderen Regierungsbehörden.
Der zweite Antragsteller, die „Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte“ (GFF), erhielt seit 2016 mindestens 2.185.924 $ von den Open Society Foundations ( https://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/grants/past?filter_keyword=Freiheitsrechte ) und 550.000 $ vom „Luminate Network“ ( https://www.luminategroup.com/investee/gff ) des eBay-Mitbegründers Pierre Omidyar, der mit Open Society auch die linken Medienlobbyisten von „Correctiv“ finanziert.
GFF setzte sich entgegen ihrem Namen während des Corona-Lockdowns für die Einführung einer Tracking-App ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuvsYgK-Pgw ) ein und verteidigte die kriminelle Antifa-Webseite Linksunten.Indymedia ( https://taz.de/Verbot-von-linksradikaler-Website/!5534184/ ).
„Das Verfahren wird nunmehr in einer anderen Gerichtsbesetzung fortgesetzt“, teilte uns das Landgericht Berlin mit.
Obwohl der Richter wegen Befangenheit von dem Fall abgezogen wurde, hat der Beschluss vom 06.02.2025 „vorerst Bestand“, so das LG. „Für den 27.02.2025, 10:30 Uhr, ist eine mündliche Verhandlung angesetzt, nach der über den Widerspruch der Antragsgegnerin entschieden wird.“
Also nach der Wahl, wenn GFF und DRI bereits die Nutzerdaten von Millionen deutschen Bürgern abgegriffen haben.
Im Internet mehren sich bereits völlig unbewiesene Behauptungen von linken Politikern, X und Facebook würden „die Wahlen manipulieren“.
Es bleibt also abzuwarten, ob die gescheiterte Ampel-Regierung, ihre gefügigen Richter und das linke NGO-Netzwerk im Falle einer Wahlniederlage versuchen werden, wie in Rumänien geschehen, die Wahl zu annullieren.

My mom worked at a software house and, in the 90s, she traveled between companies to train employees on how to use Windows and Microsoft’s new software suites. She loved it.
She later left everything to help with my dad’s business, which was in a completely different field. She always missed tech, but with two kids, she couldn’t travel the world anymore.
Now I’m in Bitcoin, and I feel like the circle is complete. 😭❤️

Foresight News 消息，泰宁法院审结一起以「USDT 」作为理财对象的合同纠纷，2021 年江某与林某通过他人介绍相识通过建立微信群来交易「USDT 」，2021 年至 2022 年间江某先后向林某微信转账、银行转账约 10 万元人民币，由林某为其购买了约 76000U 币，江某还通过林某指定购买 81000 U 币，江某按照林某的指示将其持有的 U 币分多次向平台转入，由林某进行操作经验，但所有资金被林某操作殆尽，遂向法院提起诉讼。法院审理认为，原告江某主张双方之间系保证合同纠纷，双方之间成立关于虚拟货币即 U 币投资项目的民间委托理财合同关系。江某与林某之间就案涉虚拟货币即 U 币的委托交易、管理等问题，目前在我国并不受法律调整和保护，其行为造成的后果应由江某自行承担。故法院判决驳回江某的诉讼请求。
