2. As pessoas nos grupos tem que ter real interesse de estabelecer trocas ou iniciativas, e buscar fazer / participar
3. Precisa se tornar hábitual, uma cultura no entorno dessas atividades para que isso se normalize e se desenvolva, senão acaba
