**Girão pede impeachment de Gonet: “Testemunha ocular de tortura”**

O senador Eduardo Girão (Novo-CE) pediu o impeachment do procurador-geral da República, Paulo Gonet, que, segundo o parlamentar, teria sido “testemunha ocular” de atos de tortura sem tomar providências. Em entrevista à coluna Entrelinhas, Girão destacou que foi surpreendente ver, na delação de Mauro Cid, a presença do PGR. O vídeo do depoimento, amplamente compartilhado nos últimos dias, expõe que Cid teria feito revelações e mudado a versão dos relatos após ameaças de prisão de seus parentes. A pressão foi feita, segundo demonstra o documento, pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
De acordo com o senador, o episódio chamou a atenção da opinião pública e o levou a formalizar um pedido de impeachment contra o PGR. “Eu pedi o impeachment do Gonet porque ele foi uma testemunha ocular de uma tortura. Ele estava assistindo tudo de camarote e não fez nada", declarou Girão. O parlamentar pontuou que, em sua visão, o comportamento do procurador-geral configura uma "cumplicidade com a arbitrariedade" do ministro Alexandre de Moraes.
**Pedido contra Gonet anexado a impeachment de Moraes**
A equipe jurídica de Girão incluiu o documento contra Gonet em um dos "super pedidos" apresentados pelo senador no ano passado pelo impedimento de Moraes. O senador explicou que a denúncia da Procuradoria-Geral da República contra Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e mais 33 nomes está atrelada à delação de um indivíduo que, segundo ele, foi alvo de pressões e ameaças, com o intuito de forjar uma narrativa manipulada. “A participação do Gonet ali, sem reagir, é, no mínimo, suspeita”, avaliou o senador.
A gravidade da situação também levou Girão a questionar a postura do Senado Federal, que, segundo ele, se mostrou conivente com os atos autoritários que vêm sendo praticados no Brasil. “É assustador ver essa resistência do Senado em se manifestar contra essas arbitrariedades. Poucos senadores se levantam. Há uma certa conivência da Casa Revisora da República”, criticou.
**Girão quer combo “fora Lula, Moraes e Gonet”**
Além da questão envolvendo Gonet, Girão se posicionou contra a atual administração e os ministros do STF. Suas críticas giram em torno do mau tratamento oferecido aos presos políticos e às recentes manifestações de censura no país. Para ele, é urgente que o Brasil retome o rumo democrático através da pressão popular por todas as pautas da direita, sem excluir nenhuma delas nos atos de 16 de março.
“Nós não podemos esperar que personagens internacionais venham resolver nossos problemas. A responsabilidade é nossa. Precisamos ir às ruas, pressionar e exigir mudanças, principalmente em relação aos presos políticos do dia 8 de janeiro e a um impeachment imediato de Lula”, afirmou Girão.
O congressista ainda fez um alerta sobre a situação fiscal do país e seus impactos econômicos. “O governo está falhando de forma irresponsável, e essa falta de gestão vai quebrar o país. Precisamos de um impeachment imediato. Não podemos esperar até 2026", ressaltou.
