While not fully carnivore, about 95/5 for me with some limited veggies, I’ve been doing it for years. I’ve been keto, before being so heavily 95% carnivore for, a decade. I will eat sweets on Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving but that’s it. I know Saifedean has been even more hard core than me, meat only, for a decade plus. The native Americans in the U.S. were almost all exclusively carnivore. There ar many like me who have reversed chronic disease and are never going back. Your brain and body rewires itself and bread, pasta, processed foods, etc don’t even look appealing to eat anymore.
