yeah, i had to pull out all stops to not end up homeless, sold my spare laptop, and a few other things, and was lucky i bumped into my current employer and they wanted someone to build a nostr relay for some blockchain project
the stress of it all made my friend crack up also, some kind of paranoid psychosis about being spied on or something, i think he is ok now, still around, maybe even reads my posts, at least i know once or twice he has responded, but it was some time since then
he did not adapt to living in madeira at all, and i can understand that... it was a hella strain for me, but i had no place to run back to or any way to pay to go there, so i went hell for leather to get sorted out, i'm glad i did, life has been pretty good, once i got adjusted

3) The Role of Governments and Corporations: I correctly point out that these entities are now heavily involved in Bitcoin. i have to study how you did the ECDH call in there and replicate it, i tried importing your package with CGO but all those macros make it impossibly complicated for my tiny gopher brain to figure out - not a big priority but maybe some day in the future i need ECDH for part of a network transport, the pure Go one most likely is suboptimal by at least an order of magnitude (2x)
