In Europe, I think they're currently active in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and they're some weirdness in Azerbaijan. The Chechnya thing seems to have died-down, and they're now being kept busy fighting in Ukraine, so that just shifted the fighters out of state. I don't know what Putin's plan is, for bringing all of them back to Chechnya, now that they're all hardened soldiers with experience with Russian military equipment and tactics, so that might get interesting.

I must admit it's difficult to see scenarios where it's directly useful. But if we compare with ZKCP, this is a much less general idea in terms of proving construct, and shares the problem of requiring an interactive setup, but does have one advantage, which is that the utxo or sPK can be setup in advance, since the negotiation is on a signature not an sPK.

The most honest thing can also be interesting. Landing in a blank feed isn't negative, as long as finding the other feeds is not difficult. With the example of Amethyst, something like blinking icons on first-open would work well. I don't think there is anything wrong with encouraging people to explore. It's all part of what makes Nostr fun to use. This works differently than people are used to. I believe there is benefit in highlighting that, rather than hiding it. I can't speak for you, but I think we share that view.

i think you need to have a second table with pubkeys that refers to the event ids also, to do a full graph traversal
i am very hazy on how to do things with sql, been a long time, i'm starting to get used to making custom index schemes explicitly with badger so yeah you do need a pubkeys table as well, each pubkey linked to others via several semantics, follow, mute and event id

Imo CG is controlled opposition. It's really hard for someone outside the Balkans to understand how's it possible. The fact that he was supported by Trump and Musk was only circumstantial. CG featured in Gojira's podcast like 2 weeks before round 1. He misquoted L. Blaga twice. It was then when I knew that he was just reciting a speech. Yes, Russia is currently fighting wars in Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia, so that's reduced their export sales (they use the arms themselves or give them to allies).
HOWEVER
Russia has also lost contracts because of the sanctions (they struggle to produce high-tech weaponry without high-tech chips and German manufacturing know-how, and if you buy their stuff you often can't get replacement parts) and because their former biggest customers (China and India) are now also producing.
Also, some African countries have switched to Chinese production, as Russia is losing ground with the top-rated sources and is not as cheap as China. Also, China gives out loans for purchasing their arms.

Years ago I did a test and it resulted with INTJ. Now I've switched to ENTJ apparently. Funny because I see myself as an introvert in many ways still. I've become a lot more direct in the recent years. Being an extrovert reduces variance imo, plus you get to meet cool new people.

Of course I'd like to offer my Wim Hof method workshops for BTC. But being a certified instructor and in order to offer through wimhofmethod.com, it comes with some limitations. The Wim Hof team uses Stripe as their payment service. So, I researched ...
... and lo and behold Stripe did offer Bitcoin payments back in the day. Buuut, they scraped it in April 2018 because of its volatility and stated that overall they are very optimistic about "cryptocurrencies" as a future payment method.
And today, in line with the current political trend, Stripe again offers payments in "cryptocurrencies" ... for U.S. customers and only in "USDC on Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon or in USDP on Ethereum and Solana".
Wonderful. The reality is, for most people Bitcoin is in the best case a stale store of value.
So, my goal is to soon in addition offer very targeted "Bennu Breath" workshops and retreats on my own website.

I completely understand the need to limit complexity. I’m just looking at it from the perspective of a new user. If I tell them to download Alby Go, the app itself doesn’t give them any instructions on what a NWC connection is or where to get one.
For family and close friends, it’s not as much of an issue because I will do exactly what you said, but I won’t be responsible to manage wallets for people I don’t know. Most won’t set up their own Alby Hub instance unless they are already well versed with bitcoin, so I have to recommend different wallets like Aqua or Strike (if available) to them because they are best suited for an all-in-one package.
