i currently live on madeira island, on the north
this place is also something of a wild wilderness, but in different ways... the winter is cold, but not freezing, but endlessly damp and rainy, and some fierce winds that blow up out of nowhere, for 3 months of the year
the landscape is brutally steep, in every direction, the island is 50km east to west but without the road tunnels they created, it's about 250km by the old roads, and they ain't flat, you will go up and down about 400m altitude or more in any given 10km of that path
i'm growing to like it but it's different
i could probably cope with wyoming better because at least the land is relatively flat (and why there is such nasty wind), and i've spent the last decade mostly living in a similar latitude, at high altitude, sofia, mainly, in bulgaria, which is not even close to as tall as wyoming
imo, it's good being in rugged places
you don't have to deal with so many assholes

It wasn't a list of people who I thought were bots Rand 😅 it was a list of people I follow who I was worried had been taken advantage of by a scammer, and I was letting them know, for their own good. I think you misunderstand the intentions of my note.
I felt boniz23 was using strange tactics, and made this note to warn others. I wasn't saying everyone in the list was a bot 😂 In the time since boniz23 has agreed to stop said tactics, so I consider it a closed thread. All is well Rand, I wouldn't worry about it.

Haha yeah, guess there's plenty of room to raise it left. It actually has a max difficulty and min difficulty change hardcoded I believe, something like 200-400% swing allowed I think? So a huge increase in hash would speed blocks up by max until proper diff reached.
Interestingly, I think anyway, is that there are less than 2^256 unique points on EC (close but not quite), so even the limit is more than enough
