There is a wider sense of pan-celticism in Europe, but the movement itself is cultural rather than political, I can't tell you why. There's no european pan-celtic political party and I can only speculate as to the reasons for that.
I could speculate for example, that given the current political zeitgeist in the EU, a pan celtic political movement would be considered to be a form of ethno-nationalism, much like the kind that exists in Israel, and such a movement is not to be tolerated in "modern open minded Europe", that is to say, a Europe that is trying to create a "post nationalist" federation.

i am in a process of totally cleaning up and doing a redesign of the architecture of #realy
first step is done, all the libraries for encodings and several of the protocols are now done... working on a clean slate because the tangles of spaghetti inherited from the codebase i worked from (relayer, mainly, a little from khatru) make it extremely difficult to change one thing at a time, tends to wind up changing one thing needs changes in 10 other things and that's way too hard to reason about
gotta keep up the work on the fiat mine job though, got a big code cleanup slated for today's labors

yes but it only takes maybe 200kbit or so to have one node on mars synced in realtime to earth, so a single 100mbit connection would probably let them share the chain

i'm also pretty sure that gravity is an effect created by electrons in a quantum state we don't understand yet, so what i'm saying is essentially gravity nullification is about creating a field around an object that deflects this kind of particle, without that resistance to motion created by gravity you have the ability to travel a lot faster, this doesn't mean you can travel faster than light (that would be teleportation), but if you could get to mars in a day that would be sufficient i think
