Working on a response as I blend this in the what I am currently working on.
On first glance; I think this seems self evident by simple observation.
In any Block you know the total number of UTXOs = n qubits. Only what is in a block is spent (1); all other UTXOs are 0 by deduction; all states are known and measured each block. Each block is a unique tensor product for all UTXOs/qubits in relation to the previous mined block. I’m not sure it’s possible to quantify the probability for each UTXO, you also need to know who will mine the next block as only their mempool is what actually matters.
Qubit/UTXO quantity of each computation state (Block) dynamically changes depending on how the network uses their UTXOs.

Data and archives that were only recently considered a permanent part of the Internet are being cleansed and erased from the public domain.
#Nostr is a needed reset to salvage what was good and empowering about the Internet.

Music/podcasting seem to be the fastest growing area when it comes to alternative nostr implementations. I think its a very powerful flywheel. Bringing in both fans and artists will boost nostr adoption and they'll have a reason to stick around outside just social interaction. And who doesn't love music?
More music = more fans.
More fans = more money.
More money = more music
Rss feeds are just text files (aka notes). Proper nostr implementation seems like it should be a no-brainer.

I just released the first version of almnd, a npm package for throttled communication with Cashu mints.
Almnd will schedule and reschedule mint calls with appropriate timings and backoffs, making sure that you can talk to mints, without having to worry about spamming them (and getting rate limited).

The first version focuses on minting. Other methods will be added soon(tm). I built this with npub.cash in mind. I think the most appropriate use case is services that have to deal with a lot of pending state over long periods of times. For most wallets I would recommend looking into Cashu's WebSocket protocol.

Twitter being down gives me scenarios like when Elon decimated gov. employers so much, a few NSA hackers get together and fuck around with his over priced mass manipulation tool. I also heard in a few cyber security podcasts that US doesn't have the right leadership in cyberspace and state sponsored attacks on US are doable more then ever.
One advice is, always have some cash on you. Plastic is worthless if systems are down. And I doubt you'll find a gas pump with "Bitcoin accepted here" sticker.
